How can I turn off the auto-renew feature for my subscription?
Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription and you will no longer have your subscription renewed automatically.
I purchased my subscription via Google Play and I want a refund. What can I do?

When will I be charged?

Your monthly, yearly or bi-yearly subscription price will be charged to your account automatically after your 14 day trial has expired.

What happens to my vision board and information once I cancel my subscription?
Your account information and vision board will be saved for 30 days after you cancel your subscription in case you want to renew your subscription within those 30 days. After 30 days your vision board will be deleted but your user name and email can still be used to renew your membership at any time.
How can I change my account information, such as email, billing information, etc?
  1. Billing information must be changed in either the App Store or Google Play store, depending on your device
  2. To change profile information, tap the button in the upper right corner and select the option that says “Profile”. Here, you will see where you can update information for different items such as first name, last name, email, age. 

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, our Monthly, Bi-Annual and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically to avoid interruption in service.  

Monthly subscriptions - automatically renews on the same day each month(the day you subscribed), unless canceled.

Bi-Annual subscriptions - automatically renews 6 months after the initial 6 month term unless canceled.

Yearly subscriptions - automatically renews after the initial annual term unless canceled.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation steps can differ, depending on where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play).  Please review below to see the steps that apply to you:

 

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:  Open the Settings App(on your phone)> Scroll down to "iTunes and App Store">Tap your AppleID Email>Select "View AppleID (you may be asked to log in)>Tap "Subscriptions">Select the Veraki subscription>Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If your purchased your subscription via Google Play:  Open the Google Play Store>Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions>Tap the subscription you want to cancel>Tap Cancel subscription>Follow the onscreen instructions.

 
 

How do I edit my vision board?

Tap on the paper & pencil icon in the bottom right corner to enter into edit mode.

How many pictures can I add?

There are 21 slots open for pictures on your Vision Board.  We recommend using 6-7 at a time so the entire board can be seen on your screen.

How do I add additional pictures to my vision board?

Tap on the paper & pencil icon in the bottom right corner to get into edit mode. Then tap on the picture icon on the bottom left corner of the screen. You can add a picture using your Camera, Album or Our Library.

How do I delete a photo on my vision board?
Tap on the paper & pencil icon in the bottom right corner to get into edit mode. Then tap on the yellow button with three dots in the upper right corner of the photo. Then tap on the trash can icon to delete photo on my vision board?
How do I move the position of my photo?

Tap on the paper & pencil icon in the bottom right corner to get into edit mode. Then tap on the yellow button with three dots in the upper right corner of the photo. Then tap the option to “move forward” or “move backward” depending on the direction you want to move the photo.

 
Can I delete my post on the community board?

Yes, email us at:  help@veraki.com with your user name, date of the post, and description of the picture you would like removed.

Can I comment on or “like” a post?

No, not at this time

How do I post to the social board?

Select the “Connect” tab. Then click the pencil & notepad icon in the upper right corner. Select “add image”. You can add a picture using your Camera, Album or Our Library. After you have chosen your image, you can add text in the space below. Then tap the yellow “Create” button to post. 

How often is the conversation starter changed?

Conversation starters are changed every 3-7 days on average! 

Can I edit a post I make on the community board?

Yes, email us at:  help@veraki.com with your user name, date of the post, and description of the picture you would like edited.

How can I report a post on the community board?

Click on the post you’d like to report. Then click on the three little dots in the upper right corner. Click “Report this post”. Then type a reason in the “Other” blank if you’d like. Otherwise, just click send. Once you have clicked send, the post will now be reported to the Veraki team. 

 
How often are the feature articles updated?

They are updated daily.

Can I be notified if new articles and exercises are added?

No, not at this time. For new articles and exercises, please visit the featured article scroll bar on The Learn Page.

Can I give feedback on articles?

Absolutely! We would love to hear any feedback you have on any of our articles. Please send us an email at help@veraki.com with the word “feedback” in the subject.

 
How are notifications used?

You will only receive notifications if you have selected the option to receive push notifications under “Account Settings” in the Veraki app. Reminders and guidance notifications are sent a minimal number of times. Notifications within the app can also be used to highlight next steps or new features.

 

For the optimum app experience, allow notifications from Veraki from your phone settings. 

 
Are other people able to see my vision board?

No, not unless you  choose to share your vision board with people outside the  app by using the Share Button located on the bottom left corner of your vision board page.  No one else within the Veraki app can see your board

Who can see what's posted on the Connect page?

All members of the Veraki community can see what's posted on the Connect page.

What happens to my personal vision board if I delete it? Can Veraki recover it for me?

Due to our privacy policy, Veraki does not have access to your vision board so we can't recover it for you.  However you are able to recreate your board in the app.

 
How can I download the app?

The Veraki app is currently available on iPhones and Android devices.

I want to clear my history and start over with the app.  How do I uninstall and reinstall my app?

Follow these steps for your device:

iOS

1.  Uninstall the app by holding down the Veraki app icon until it starts wobbling. Then, tap the "x" in the upper left-hand corner of the icon to delete.  If you are on iOS 13, you will need to select  'Rearrange Apps' first

2.  Turn your device off and then back on.  This step is very important.

3.  Download the app again by visiting the App Store and searching for "Veraki"

4.  Press the cloud icon or "install" to re-download

5.  Log back in with your existing account information.

ANDROID

1.  Uninstall the app by going to the Google Play Store and searching for "Veraki." Press the 'Uninstall' button on the Veraki screen.

2.  Turn your device off and then back on.  This step is very important.

3.  Download the app again by visiting the Play Store and searching for "Veraki"

4.  Press the 'install' button on that screen to re-download.

5.  Log back in with your existing account information.

How do I update my app to the newest version?

To download the newest version of the Veraki app, follow the steps below:

iOS

 1.  Visit the App Store

2.  Tap "Updates" in the bottom right corner.

3.  Scroll to the Veraki app and tap "Update"

*If it is not there, that means you are up-to-date!

ANDROID

 1.  Visit the Google Play store

2.  Open 'Settings' and tap "My apps & games"

3.  Scroll down to the Veraki app and tap "Update"

*If it is not there, that means you are up-to-date!

Why am I not able to hear any of the videos or meditations?

Double check that your phone is not in silent mode and that the sound is on.  If this does not fix the issue please email us at help@veraki.com and we will further assist you.

 
How can I redeem Promo codes?

If you are using an iOS device, then proceed with the following steps:

iOS

 1.  Tap the App Store icon from the Home Screen

2.  At the bottom of the screen, tap Today.

3.  At the top of the screen tap the sign-in button or your photo

4.  Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code" If you don't see "redeem Gift Card or Code," sign in with your Apple ID.

5 . Tap "Use Camera" and follow the instructions on the screen Otherwise, you can tap "You can also enter your code manually, " then follow the instructions on the screen.

6.  Enter the promo code or content code from the back of the card.

7.  Tap "Done"

ANDROID

If you are using an Android device, then proceed with the following steps:

1.  Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

2.  Tap Menu, then Redeem

3.  Enter promo code or content code from the back of the card.

4.  Tap "Redeem"
